Wheelchair Access ♿
ASB Waterfront Theatre is on multiple levels with lift and step-free level access to all areas. Wheelchair user seating is centrally located in the auditorium stalls. A drop-off point is sited outside the front of the theatre with accessible parking located on Madden Street and other spaces within 150 metres.
Lower counters are situated at the box office and bar areas. There are three wheelchair- accessible toilets on the ground floor.
Q Theatre is on multiple levels with lift and step-free level access to all areas. The Queen Street entrance is wheelchair accessible. There are wheelchair-accessible toilets on the lower ground floor and level 2.
Hearing Assistance 👂
T-Loop radio frequency systems are installed inside the auditorium at ASB Waterfront Theatre and Q Theatre’s Rangatira and Loft. These amplify the sound of the performance for hearing aids. ASB Waterfront Theatre has a listener unit available on request.

Accessible Tickets
$20 accessible tickets for visually and hearing- impaired patrons. One companion ticket per access patron is available for $20 each.
