Auckland Performing Arts Academy

Since launching in 2018, Auckland Performing Arts Academy has been offering a first-class musical theatre training programme to Auckland youth. Their training programme allows students to flourish as individuals, whilst feeding their imagination and allowing their 'talent to take flight". After successful seasons of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, The Addams Family, The Sound of Music and Disney's High School Musical at the ASB Waterfront Theatre, they are excited to present their July season of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats the Musical, featuring 80 of Auckland's brightest musical theatre stars, aged 7-22. With spectacular choreography, purrfectly feline costume, hair and makeup design and beautiful vocals, APAA's Cats the Musical has something for the whole family to enjoy.
